No really. I should own this home. It's perfect for me and Mini.
It's actually a showhouse, designed by the husband and wife duo from YoungHouseLove blog. Well I recently came across their YouTube channel and had to share this video with you guys. They did an amazing job decorating this show house.
Decorating model homes and show homes would be my ideal job. I wonder if there are any openings in Georgia.
Happy Friday!
My etsy shop is really shapping up nicely. I have sourced and curated some really cool vintage pieces...have a look see...and act fast...these deals won't last forever. The holidays are coming
...get an early start and beat the rush and crowds.
I'd like to share a few bedroom scenes with you guys. I'm happy with the room so why not share. The pics are not the best...but, I'm no longer working for perfection...I'm working for inspiration here.
Bed is from Walmart...ordered online
The artwork is from a poster shop in the mall. I DIY'd the frame.
The Pom-Pom garland is from Anthropologie...Christmas clearance
Lamps are thrifted
Bedding H&M home and IKEA
This bedside tray is one of my favorite thrifted find. The stool is a recovered thrift store find.
An old copy of Brooklyn Magazine for inspiration.
I buy so many clothing items when thrifting that I made this little hanging section to host all my recent finds...or else they would get lost in my two stuffed closets.
These are your typical Target bookshelves...I use them to house all my shoes and Buddhas.
A closer view of my DIY'd frame...super simple...self explanatory...tape and paint.
And this is a desk that someone threw out and was given to me. I painted it white...changed the hardware and viola...the chair is an old reupholstered thrift store find. perfect.
You guys know I like to manifest my destiny...and one way to do that is by posting images of things that I would like to have or experience.
This post is just another example of what's appealing to me today. Clean lines, simplicity in my clothing and home...well, as simple as a bohemian girl like myself willing to go anyway.
The draping and unfinished edges are right up my alley.
The graphic floor is everything.
The idea of a low dresser as a night stand...yes, and yes.
These chairs...sigh...drum shade, check...simple graphic artwork...give it to me.
