Another easy DIY

It's Monday and here's a tip that I think could come in handy on a day like today...after eating poorly all weekend like I did...I woke up this morning wanting a green smoothie when this idea hit me...why chop fruits and veggies every day when you can do it once...bag up the leftovers into individual servings and freeze...that way, whenever you want a healthy snack...just pick a bag from your freezer and pop it into your blender...There, I just saved you 15 excuses...your welcome.

  1. I actually did this this summer, since I am lucky to have a City Harvest near me and I had more fruit and veggies than I knew what to do with. Sliced, diced, chopped and froze. I'm great for the fall and winter! First up, I need to find a great soup recipe for all the veggies. I'm straight in the frozen smoothie department! But great post, anything that saves time, I'm all for!
