...this is the perfect summer cocktail...You can make it a day ahead and let the fruit marinate in the wine...I made this cocktail for Mini's graduation brunch last year...and it was a big hit.

Tip:  If you do it the night before...don't add the fresca until your ready to serve it...or it will go flat over night...
