I gave Mini a few gift ideas for Christmas.

We stopped by the Whole Foods store in Union Square for lunch...

 ...supermarket sushi and vegan cupcakes are my go to Whole Food lunch.

As we settle into this holiday season here are a couple of our next excursions into the Emerald City...weather permitting...

Union Square has a beautiful outdoor Christmas Market...here you will find all kinds of unusual handmade items...think ETSY come to life.

Ice Skating in Bryant Park...this is the only FREE ice skating rink in the city.  Well, free for those who bring their own skates...and you know Mini got skates for Christmas a couple years ago...You can also stay on the ice all day if you like...other rinks in the city offer skating in sessions only...when your session is over, you have to pay again to get back on the ice...smh.  Go here for all the details.  Bryant Park also hosts a Holiday Market.
