I love this idea...so simple...help your kid build their own city...you can use craft paper or the back of that wrapping paper you have left over from the holidays.  When I was a kid, this would have kept me busy for years....lol.  I would have changed the streets, made cul-de-sacs...put up apartment buildings, malls...this with Legos and oh man...my imagination would have ran wild.
