made a stencil...

 ...thinking if I just stenciled the wall it would look better...

 ...uh, NO!  Mess.

 ...thank goodness I still had a little left over black paint...

 So, I went for it...

I love it!  It's a flat paint, so it doesn't show as much imperfections as the glossy paint.

Now, tomorrow I will tone down the orange wall...I'll mix the orange paint with a little beige that's left over from my bathroom paint job...see what happens...stay tuned.
