How do you guys feel about shorts and tights in the winter? I think the younger women can get a way with this trendy style...

This is so my style. I love layers. Anytime the temp is in the 40's or higher I look to layer.

I saw a young lady in the mall the other day with what looked like panties...with tights...UGH! Not even the young can pull this one off...
