Quick and Easy...

...after being at the doctor last Thursday with Mini we were so hungry and tired...I had $10 bucks and still needed to make a donation to Mini's school walk-a-thon fundraiser so instead of spending the $10 bucks on KFC we went home and I whipped up this delicious meal in 15 minutes from leftovers...try it, you'll like it...
Ingrediants:
Reheated Pasta
3 cloves of crushed garlic
3 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup frozen medium shrimp
1 cup leftover chicken breast
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
(the one you buy already graded in the supermarket)
Steps:
Heat olive oil in non stick pan
Toss in shrimp (2 minutes until pink, don't overcook)
Toss in garlic
Toss in chicken
saute and mix together (about 3 minutes)
when heated add already cooked pasta and toss in pan
you may need to add a little water at this point
when heated sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
toss and coat well and serve...Enjoy

  1. I make a similar too awesome dinner like that by using chicken breast we had on the grill the day before. Simmer the grilled chicken in whatever pasta sauce you use, shred or chop up a little fresh spinach for vitamins and pour over your favorite pasta. It is awesome and with fresh pasta, tastes like a brand new meal. Enjoy. ML
